Enzo Wins Silver at Dell'Ugo Perfect Pasta Live Cookery Competition!

Enzo Pepe, our Executive Chef at Maplesden Noakes, representing our caterer the Impact Food Group (Cucina), entered the “Dell’Ugo” Perfect Pasta Live Cookery Competion on 27 March at the International Salon Culinaire within the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Show at London’s Excel. This is one of the most prestigious annual cookery competitions in the UK.

Competitors brought along their chosen fresh pasta dough, rolling equipment and all other ingredients to create two portions of contemporary sweet or savoury pasta dish. The competition was timed over 30 minutes with judges assessing everything from level of skill, food hygiene, presentation and of course taste.

Enzo achieved a silver medal. Well done Enzo - a fantastic achievement!
